It’s also in a quiet, dead-end street with a park and pond nearby. Belmont Forum Shopping Centre is only a 2min walk with heaps of shops including a Coles, Woolworths, 2 IGAs, Kmart and Big W. It’s close to bus stops (1min walk), Perth Airport, close driving distance to the city and Curtin Uni and near 4 highways/freeways.

You’ll be sharing with 2 male professionals, who are clean, quiet and respectful of others.
Rent is $137.50/wk and is inclusive of all bills including electricity, gas, water, high speed broadband internet and comes with a regular cleaner and gardener! Bond is only 2 wks rent and suited for uni students, professionals, FIFO workers etc.
